Assistance with care
Alexandria Victoria takes the time to build a care plan unique to each individual resident. Care plan factors include: Mental, Physical, Functioning, Social, and Emotional needs. Developing a Care/Service plan provides our trained staff structure to better assist residents in their day-to-day needs.
While we provide a safe environment for our community, Alexandria Victoria is not a “locked facility.” We are unable to assist residents diagnosed with Alzheimer’s Disease, or residents with aggressive, combative, or wandering tendencies.
Our care to staff ratio on average is 1 to 5 during the day, and 1 to 7 during the night.
