Assistance with care
Alexandria Victoria takes the time to build a care plan unique to each individual resident. Care plan factors include: Mental, Physical, Functioning, Social, and Emotional needs. Developing a Care/Service plan provides our trained staff structure to better assist residents in their day-to-day needs.
While we provide a safe environment for our community, Alexandria Victoria is not a “locked facility.” We are unable to assist residents diagnosed with Alzheimer’s Disease, or residents with aggressive, combative, or wandering tendencies.
Our care to staff ratio on average is 1 to 5 during the day, and 1 to 7 during the night.
Cost:
- Base Price – $162 per day
- The following are included:
- Room and board
- Medication management
- Three healthy meals daily & snacks
- Plan of care for each resident
- Light assistance with activities of daily living
- Additional Costs:
- Dementia plan of care (requires a higher level of assistance)
- Incontinent care/skin breakdown
- Incontient supplies
- Special diets ( diabetic, vegetarian, ect.)
- Certain health conditions
- Wheelchair bound / non-ambluatory
- Bed-ridden
- Hospice care
